Cancelation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Kada’s multi-vendor shopping and delivery service. We are committed to offering a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling orders placed on our platform. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Order Cancellation Window:
Customers may cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellation requests may not be honored as the order may already be in fulfillment.

2. How to Cancel an Order:
To cancel an eligible order, please log in to your account, navigate to your orders section, and click the “Cancel Order” button. If the button is unavailable, the order may already be in process. In such cases, contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.

3. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases, a vendor may cancel an order due to stock issues, address discrepancies, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Cancellable Items:
Certain products are not eligible for cancellation, including perishable goods, customized items, and products marked as “Non-Cancellable” at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
